Once we receive the newsletter properly completed and the photocopy of the transfer will send you a confirmation letter with dates and group, and we will have to submit the necessary supporting academic documents to formalize the enrollment (these will be certified photocopy of the title or Physiotherapy document evidencing the same issue or request, photocopy of ID card and two photographs).
